Verified daily. Not a marketing claim.
BandagBullet is the cold email deliverability layer for outbound teams who can't afford to land in Promotions. Independent seed-list testing across 41,000+ sending domains — refreshed every 24 hours, exported as CSV, never behind a login wall.

The four hardest-to-fake deliverability stats in the category.
Trailing 24-month uptime on our public status page — paired with a contractual SLA no other cold email vendor publishes.
Email sends processed across the customer base per quarter, Q1 2026 actual — not a modeled projection.
Sending domains under continuous deliverability monitoring — the largest live cohort tracked by any cold email vendor.
The number is verifiable. The methodology is public.
Every claim on this page is traceable to the BandagBullet Public Deliverability Report — refreshed daily, downloadable as CSV, with methodology notes attached to every column.
- Independent seed-list testing. We do not test our own infrastructure. A third-party seed network places mail across 28 mailbox providers, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and the major European ESPs.
- Daily refresh at 00:00 UTC. Yesterday's numbers stay visible for 30 days so you can spot drift, not just see today's snapshot.
- Raw CSV export. Pull per-domain, per-provider, per-day breakdowns — no login, no NDA, no "request access" form.
- Methodology column on every row. Each data point shows which seed account, which sending pattern, and which mailbox provider generated the result.

From new domain to 2.3× baseline deliverability in 11 days.
Bullet Warming is not a "send a few emails and pray" warmup. It is an engineered four-phase protocol that ramps volume, cadence, and content complexity in lockstep with the receiving providers' reputation signals.

01
Identity & DNS hardening
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and the lesser-published BIMI / TLS-RPT records are configured with alignment checks across every subdomain. We reject the ~12% of incoming domains that fail pre-flight alignment, because no warmup fixes broken identity.

Reputation seed phase
Mail is exchanged against a curated seed network across 28 mailbox providers at low daily volume. Engagement signals (opens, replies, moves out of Spam) are fed back into the next-day cadence model.

Adaptive ramp
Daily send volume scales based on the previous 24h placement score. Domains above 88% placement ramp faster; domains in the 70–88% band hold volume; anything below 70% is paused automatically for cooling.

We block bad sends before they leave your domain.
Every individual recipient on every campaign is scored the moment the send is queued — across content, sending pattern, recipient reputation, and historical engagement. Sends that fall below your threshold are held, not shipped.
- 11.4% of outbound mail blocked per customer, on average. The median BandagBullet customer would have shipped 11.4% more emails last quarter under a non-scoring tool. Those sends would have dragged their domain into the watch tier within 21 days.
- Four-axis scoring, per recipient. Content heuristics (link density, image-to-text ratio, spam-trigger phrases) + sending pattern (volume, cadence, time-of-day) + recipient risk (role address, role-vs-name, prior bounce) + historical engagement (last open, last reply, last unsubscribe).
- Override is allowed. Override is logged. Sales reps can force-send a flagged recipient. The override is written to an immutable audit log so RevOps can review every exception without blocking the SDR's workflow.
