Q.01
BILLING
Is annual billing actually cheaper, or is it just a cashflow play?
Annual billing knocks two months off the equivalent monthly rate — same infrastructure, same Bullet Warming protocol, same SOC 2 Type II controls, just a 16.7% effective discount committed up front. Monthly billing stays available on every tier for teams that need quarterly procurement cycles. No invoice finance markup, no "first-year only" fine print.

Q.02
TRIAL
How long is the free trial, and what's actually included?
Fourteen days on the Scale tier with five sending domains, full warmup enabled, and per-recipient spam-check scoring live from day one. No credit card to start, no feature gates, and no "trial converts to a different plan" gotcha. You can book a strategy call during the trial if you want a second pair of eyes on domain selection and copy.

Q.03
VOLUME
Do you offer volume discounts for larger SDR teams?
Yes — published breakpoints at 25, 75, and 200 seats, calculated against committed monthly send volume rather than mailbox count. Customers processing above 1M sends per month get a named deliverability engineer and quarterly infrastructure reviews. The pricing page reflects the list rates; bespoke agreements start from there, not from a hidden tier.

Q.04
CONTRACT
What are the contract terms — am I locked in for a year?
Monthly contracts are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Annual contracts run twelve months with a 90-day performance review clause — if your inbox placement rate or reply metrics don't meet the agreed benchmark, you can exit early without penalty. We don't bury this clause; it's itemized in the order form.

Q.05
COMPLIANCE
What compliance tooling is included, and what's my responsibility?
Compliance tooling is included on every tier: CAN-SPAM footer templates, suppression-list sync, GDPR-ready unsubscribe endpoints, and per-region sending rules. SOC 2 Type II controls have been audited annually since 2022, and our 99.97% sending uptime is contractually guaranteed. You're still the sender of record — we give you the rails, but the legal responsibility for content and consent stays with your team.
